Salt and Sound is a holistic wellness center dedicated to offering natural healing therapies that draw from both ancient wisdom and modern innovations. Proudly serving Casa Grande and the surrounding communities since opening our doors on February 1st, 2020, we continue to honor our mission: to help individuals breathe better, feel better, and reconnect with their body’s innate ability to heal.

Owned and operated by Wade and Donna Winsor, Salt and Sound was founded on the belief that true wellness begins with balance—physical, emotional, and energetic. What started as a vision to create a peaceful, restorative space for healing has grown into a larger location with expanded services to better serve the evolving needs of our clients.

Our carefully curated offerings now include sound therapy, salt therapy, infrared sauna wraps, bioenergetic treatments, massage chair therapy, and more—all designed to support deep relaxation, detoxification, and energetic alignment.
